This past week we have done just that as our students served at SOS just down the street, and our 12-member Guatemala team shared Christ’s love at an orphanage in Central America. Loving like Jesus, these servants have repaired homes in Binghampton and brought the fun of summer camp to abandoned and abused children at New Life Children’s Home in Guatemala.

We can’t wait to hear their stories of how God worked in and through them during the past week. Tomorrow is the last day for SOS, and our Guatemala team heads home Saturday. Safe travels!

After we all celebrate our great nation and the freedoms God has blessed us with, another team will travel across the globe, July 5-15, to serve at Shepherd’s Field Children’s Village. Located about an hour outside Beijing, Shepherd’s Field provides a safe haven for approximately 70 special needs orphans who have been abandoned because they were considered broken. Pray for this team to truly love Jesus and love like Jesus. Pray for their protection, an awakening to the Holy Spirit, unity in the team and body of Christ, opportunities to share the Gospel and for life transformation for all involved.
