Guest post by Brad Bogue, Senior Director of Family Ministry

This year, Easter will look different—way different than any of us ever could have imagined. For many of us, Easter has always meant massive Easter egg hunts, family gatherings, going to church and dressing up in our best. But for the first time in our personal histories, we won’t get to physically join with others outside our homes to celebrate one of the most important traditions of our faith.

But guess what—Easter isn’t canceled.

In fact, now, more than ever, there’s reason to celebrate the hope we have in heaven through the resurrection of Jesus.

So, how do you create a meaningful Easter experience for your family when you can’t even leave your home?

We invite you to check out Easter Jam—a fun, interactive, online experience for families with kids and teenagers of all ages. It includes games like the Peep Jousting Face Off and the Easter Egg Throw-Down—all planned so families can participate with supplies they already have at home. Everything you need to know is included in the PDF and video below.

What you’ll need:
TV or computer
Peeps or large marshmallows
two toothpicks
markers (optional)
10-20 pairs of socks
laundry basket

After you’ve gathered your supplies and downloaded the pdf below, watch the video and follow the prompts as you enjoy a fun, memorable and family-centered celebration around the Easter story.

NOTE: Digital Sunday school lessons for children will be provided for Easter in addition to Easter Jam. Lessons will be posted on by Saturday.
